Ah. The freshness of almost illegal Roms files and fully legal emulators. It really wakens the thought of rebeling... I mean... Uh... Well...
The part where I describe roms being illegal is true. They are illegal meaning against the law (but there are some exeptions). Roms may be illegal, but only after you have had them on your computer for 24 hours or more. But, if you own the cartidge or are about to buy it in less than 24 hours then you may keep it forever. It is because Nintendo/Sega considers it to be a "backup copy of your cartridge. So take this into consideration.
"Wait a second Cheator©, you probably have roms on your computer!!!" No I don't. I delete them before I go to bed every night, and when I want to play a game, I just download it from my server. "But what about saved games?" They are not a copy of the rom itself so it's O.K. to keep them and the emulators.
